At Zelebrio, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy applies to all users of the Zelebrio platform.

2. Data We Collect

• Account Information: name, email address, and authentication details provided during sign-up.
• Purchase Information: order identifiers, payment status, transaction amounts, and timestamps. We do not store your payment card details.
• Page Content: text, images, audio, dates, and other information you enter or upload while customizing your page.
• Technical Data: server logs, IP addresses, and device information collected automatically for security and service operation.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain your account and pages.
• To process purchases and verify payment status.
• To host and display your published pages.
• To provide customer support.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

4. Payment Processing

Payments on Zelebrio are processed securely by Razorpay. When you make a purchase, your payment details are handled directly by Razorpay. Zelebrio receives only transaction references and payment status information, we never see or store your full card number or banking credentials.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only with the service providers necessary to operate Zelebrio:

• Supabase: authentication and database services.
• Cloudflare R2: production storage for images and audio uploaded to your page.
• Razorpay: payment processing for paid template purchases.
• Resend (United States): delivery of transactional emails such as purchase confirmations.
• Vercel: website hosting.

Some of these service providers, such as Resend, process your data outside India. We use these providers solely to operate Zelebrio.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

Your pages are intended to remain available as lasting memories of your celebrations and other personal moments. We retain your account and purchase records as long as your account is active and as required for legal and operational purposes. If you wish to delete your account or data, please contact us.

Your page persists in our systems for as long as your purchase is in good standing, even after the editing window closes 30 days from publish, so you retain a memory keepsake of your event.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@zelebrio.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children

Zelebrio is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Cookies

Zelebrio uses essential cookies required for the platform to function, such as authentication and session management. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

10. Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, database-level access controls, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
