Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
Zelebrio templates are digital goods. Paid templates are delivered instantly upon successful payment, and free templates are delivered immediately upon claim. Because of the nature of digital products, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Free templates and orders redeemed using a 100% promotional discount are not eligible for refund, since no payment was processed.
2. What You Receive
Each template purchase or free claim gives you access to one customizable page. Once completed, you can immediately begin personalizing your page using our online editor and publish it when ready.
3. Refund Eligibility
We may issue a refund in the following situations:
- you were charged more than once for the same template (duplicate purchase)
- a technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing or using the editor
- payment was processed but access was not granted due to a system error
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
This 7-day refund window is independent of the editing window in our Terms of Service. The refund clock starts at purchase; editing access is calculated separately as 30 days from publish.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not available for:
- change of mind after purchase
- pages that have already been published and shared
- dissatisfaction with a template you previewed before purchasing (all templates can be previewed via the demo feature before purchase)
- free templates and orders redeemed using a 100% promotional discount, where no payment was processed
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@zelebrio.com with your registered email address, order details, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
6. Processing Timeline
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your access to the associated page editor is removed. If the page was published, it will be taken offline. Your account remains active and you can make new purchases at any time.
Refund requests made after the editing window has closed are not eligible under the standard policy. If Zelebrio approves a goodwill exception, the refund is processed manually and the page is taken offline.
8. Cancellation
Since Zelebrio uses one-time purchases (not subscriptions), there is nothing to cancel on an ongoing basis. If you close the payment process before it completes, no charge is applied and no page is created.
9. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If a payment fails or you are charged more than once for the same template, please contact us at support@zelebrio.com with your order details. We will review and resolve the issue.
