Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Eventmora templates are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because of the nature of digital products, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.

2. What You Receive

Each template purchase gives you access to one customizable event page. After payment, you can immediately begin personalizing your page using our online editor and publish it when ready.

3. Refund Eligibility

We may issue a refund in the following situations:

• you were charged more than once for the same template (duplicate purchase)
• a technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing or using the editor
• payment was processed but access was not granted due to a system error

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available for:

• change of mind after purchase
• event pages that have already been published and shared
• dissatisfaction with a template you previewed before purchasing (all templates can be previewed via the demo feature before purchase)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at eventmora.app@gmail.com with your registered email address, order details, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

6. Processing Timeline

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to the associated event page editor is removed. If the event page was published, it will be taken offline. Your account remains active and you can make new purchases at any time.

8. Cancellation

Since Eventmora uses one-time purchases (not subscriptions), there is nothing to cancel on an ongoing basis. If you close the payment process before it completes, no charge is applied and no page is created.
