1. Introduction

Welcome to Eventmora. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Eventmora is a platform that allows you to purchase event page templates, customize them with your details, and publish shareable event websites for personal celebrations such as weddings, birthdays, engagements, and anniversaries.

2. Definitions

• "Service" means the Eventmora platform, including the website, editor, and all related tools.
• "User" or "You" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Template" means a pre-designed event page layout available for purchase on Eventmora.
• "Event Page" means a personalized web page created by a User using a purchased Template.
• "Content" means any text, images, or media uploaded or entered by a User.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Eventmora. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may maintain one account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Service Description

Eventmora provides a marketplace of event page templates. After purchasing a template, you can customize it using our online editor, adding your event details, photos, and other information. Once ready, you can publish your event page and share it with guests via a unique link.

6. Purchases and Payments

All template purchases are one-time payments in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to customize and publish one event page using your chosen template. Eventmora does not store your payment card details. 7. License Grant

When you purchase a template, Eventmora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that template for one personal event page. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any template or its design.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to your event page (photos, text, and other media). By uploading content, you grant Eventmora a license to host, display, and serve that content as part of your published event page. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others rights
• use the Service for commercial purposes other than creating personal event pages
• attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute template designs
• use automated tools to scrape or access the Service
• impersonate another person or entity

10. Intellectual Property

Eventmora and its licensors own all rights to the platform, templates, branding, and related materials. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you, except the limited license described above.

11. Page Availability

Your published event page will remain accessible for as long as your purchase is in good standing. Eventmora reserves the right to remove or suspend access to any page that violates these Terms, contains prohibited content, or is associated with fraudulent activity.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an as-is basis. Eventmora makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventmora total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
