Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Zelebrio. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Zelebrio is a platform that allows you to purchase page templates, customize them with your details, and publish shareable pages for personal occasions such as weddings, birthdays, engagements, and anniversaries.

2. Definitions

• "Service" means the Zelebrio platform, including the website, editor, and all related tools.
• "User" or "You" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Template" means a pre-designed page layout available for purchase on Zelebrio.
• "Page" means a personalized web page created by a User using a purchased Template.
• "Content" means any text, images, or media uploaded or entered by a User.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zelebrio. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may maintain one account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Service Description

Zelebrio provides a marketplace of page templates. After purchasing a template, you can customize it using our online editor, adding your details, photos, and other information. Once ready, you can publish your page and share it via a unique link.

6. Purchases, Free Templates, and Payments

Paid template purchases are one-time payments in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to customize and publish one page using your chosen template. Zelebrio does not store your payment card details. For refund information, please see our Refund Policy.

Some templates are made available free of charge. Each user may claim one free template across the lifetime of their account. Promotional codes do not apply to free templates, and free templates are not eligible for refunds (since no payment is processed). You may continue to purchase any other paid templates regardless of whether you have claimed a free template.

Your purchase grants you the right to edit your page for 30 days from the date you publish it. After this editing window closes, your page becomes a permanent read-only memory keepsake. The public URL stays accessible for as long as your purchase remains in good standing; only further content changes are closed. To create a new page, please purchase a fresh template.

7. License Grant

When you purchase or claim a template, Zelebrio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that template for one personal page. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any template or its design.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to your page (photos, text, audio, and other media). By uploading content, you grant Zelebrio a license to host, display, and serve that content as part of your published page. You are responsible for ensuring that anything you upload, including any audio or music files (regardless of whether they are copyrighted), does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Audio tracks made available through Zelebrio's built-in library are royalty-free.

Some Zelebrio templates (such as birthday or baby-shower templates) may involve content about minors. If you create or upload content that includes a minor, you confirm that you have authority from the parent or legal guardian to do so and to share that content publicly.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others rights
• use the Service for commercial purposes other than creating personal pages
• attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute template designs
• use automated tools to scrape or access the Service
• impersonate another person or entity

10. Intellectual Property

Zelebrio and its licensors own all rights to the platform, templates, branding, and related materials. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you, except the limited license described above.

11. Reporting Violations and Takedown Notices

If you believe that content on Zelebrio infringes your copyright, trademark, or other legal rights, or otherwise violates these Terms, you may submit a notice to support@zelebrio.com.

Your notice should include:

• the specific content you believe is infringing or in violation, including the URL or page where it appears
• identification of the work, right, or Term you claim is being infringed or violated
• evidence that you own or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
• your contact information (name and email)
• a statement that the information you have provided is accurate and submitted in good faith

We will review valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or restricting access to the disputed content. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of the account responsible.

False or bad-faith notices may be rejected, and submitters of such notices may have their access to the Service restricted.

If you appear on a published page without your consent (for example, in a photograph), you may submit a notice using this procedure.

12. Page Availability

Viewing access and editing access are different. Your published page is intended to remain accessible as a memory keepsake for as long as your purchase is in good standing. Editing is available only during the window described in Section 6. Zelebrio reserves the right to remove or suspend access to any page that violates these Terms, contains prohibited content, or is associated with fraudulent activity.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an as-is basis. Zelebrio makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zelebrio total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
